7 stage process
Our approach to Volume Recruitment is built around our proven 7 stage process:
- Design – In conjunction with our client we scope out and design the end to end process, ensuring a seamless experience for the candidate
- Attract – Our Candidate Attraction capability is second to none, combining online job boards, social media and candidate referrals and our in-house database
- Engage – It is essential to build rapport and engagement with each candidate to ensure they are bought in to the recruitment process and understand our clients business and position we are recruiting.
- Assess – We employ a 2 Stage Assessment process to ensure that candidates have the required Skills, Experience, Attitude and Behaviour for the job.
- Deliver – We ensure candidates are booked into and fully prepared for the clients internal assessment process.
- Complete – We feedback to unsuccessful candidates and ensure successful candidates are offered and kept warm prior to joining our client’s induction.
- Review – We review our process with our clients at least quarterly, providing them with detailed analysis of our performance. Together we identify areas for improvement and re-design the process accordingly.
Typically a candidate goes through the full process within 36-48 hours, ensuring that the best talent is secured quickly and efficiently for our clients.
